How to take Appointment through Online Registration System (ORS). Step 1: Open your Browser (Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome). Type URL – ors.gov.in. Click on “BOOK APPOINTMENT NOW”.

Step 2: Please enter your Aadhar Number in the space provided and click on SUBMIT. Incase you don’t have Aadhar number, click on “Don’t have Aadhar” link.

Step 3: One Time Password (OTP) will be generated and send to associated mobile number. Please enter OTP in the space provided and click on “PROCEED”.

Step 4: Your Contact Details will be displayed. Click on “PROCEED”.

Step 5: Select Hospital Name i.e. Dr. RML Hospital, New Delhi.

Step 6: Select Department Name and click on “PROCEED”.

Step 7: Select the date of your Appointment and click on “PROCEED”.

Step 8: Now, click on “BOOK APPOINTMENT” to finally confirm your appointment.

Step 9: Appointment Confirmation Status will be displayed. A confirmation message will be send to the registered mobile number. Click on “PRINT RECEIPT” to print the receipt.

Step 10: Appointment Slip will be generated.

Step 11: Carry & show Appointment id at counter no. 1 for OPD slip.
