How to sync your

calendars

Roadio's calendar syncing feature is perfect for ADIs who use a personal

calendar (e.g. Phone/Google Calendar).  

Syncing enables you to automatically update your availability between calendars.

Here's how:

Tap onto the Profile tab

Tap Calendar Sync

Your personal calendars will appear in both the Read from calendars and Save to calendar sections

Selecting calendars in the Read from calendars section allows you to see your personal schedule in the app

This makes it easy to see if your schedule is free when you’re making lesson bookings

Selecting calendars in the Save to calendar section puts your lesson bookings from the app into your ios calendars

This allows you to see your schedule at any time, alongside other activities in your device calendar

You can select/unselect an option by tapping on it

After you have selected what you want to sync, scroll down

In order to update the settings you have just selected, tap Sync all lessons to calendar 10  

All you need to do now is tap Sync all

Great! Your settings have now been updated Your calendars will now sync automatically
