Enter email address and hit [email protected] you are asked for school number enter:210767354Make sure the following information is correct. If you are a 1st time user then fill in the informationOnce logged on this screen should appear. Choose the Schedule Request tab.When this screen appears choose Normal Schedule.Begin by filling out the request form. The only mandatory information needed is indicated by the red check boxes.Choose schoolChoose rooms/areas such as gym, auditorium, etcType name of eventFill out times needed. Fill Start Time then End Time and Duration will fill out automaticallyEither select organization or type if not listedChoose date/s from calendar (use the Check Availability tab below to avoid double bookings)A contact person is mandatoryEither select organization or type if not listedA contact person and information is mandatoryThe proceeding information is not mandatory but is helpful for future reference. Outside agencies must provide insurance information.This section is to notify for special instructions and/or setup needed for an event. An example is if the kitchens are being used then Food Services needs to be notified and a brief description needs to be filled out.After mandatory information is completed a password is needed for submitting the event. The password is schedule. After password is entered select save and the request is forwarded for approval.Choose the My Requests tab and then choose My Schedule Requests. This is where you can check your requests status. There is also a calendar for viewing events and see their progress of approval.
