A publication summarizing learning outcomes of a training course named How To Serve It Cold 2.0 that was run near Cracow on 31st of May till 7th of June 2015. The project was funded by Erasmus + programme and was dedicated to youth leaders, youth workers and experienced volunteers of NGO institutions that work in an international environment.
