How to Schedule an Immigrant Visa Appointment

A presentation by the U.S. Consulate General in Guayaquil

1. Enter http://ecuador.usvisa-info.com and select CREATE ACCOUNT.

2. Read the information provided, accept the conditions and click CONFIRM.

3. If is the first time you are entering the system, click NO.

4. Complete all required fields with your personal information. Write the security key and click CREATE ACCOUNT.

5. Click SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT.

6. Click Immigrant Visas and then Family - sponsored

7. If it is your first interview, select the option Immigrant Consulate Has Asked You to Schedule – Family-sponsored and click SUBMIT.

If you need an appointment for other service, choose

among the options

8. Click SUBMIT.

9. Click CONTINUE.

American Consulate in Guayaquil is the only office that processes

Immigrant Visas

10. Complete all required fields and click CREATE.

11. Select the DHL location to pick up your visa package and click SUBMIT.

12. If you have derivatives in your case, click ADD FAMILY MEMBER. If you are the only beneficiary of your case, click CONTINUE.

13. ONLY if you have derivatives in your case, complete all required fields and click CREATE. Repeat this process for each derivative.

This screen will appear only if you add family members

14. Click CONTINUE.

15. Choose a date and time for your interview and click SELECT.

16. Verify your information is correct and click SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT.

17. Print your appointment confirmation sheet.
