How to Scan Documents with the Notes App and

With your IOS device, open your Notes app. Then tap on the highlighted icon.

Select the camera icon.

Select “Scan Documents”

Make sure the flash is turned on and place your assignment on a flat surface for scanning. Hover your device above it and make sure the paper is in frame. Flip to any pages you need scanned and remember to scan the pages in order.

If your page is not formatted properly, use the highlighted icon to rotate the image.

Rotate Images

If you have horizontal pages,be sure to turn your device aswell. Also, if your device hastrouble detecting the pages,you can capture the pictureand drag the corners to cropit. Once you’ve scanned andlooked over everything, nameyour document found at thetop of the screen. Then, clickthe ”Share” icon in the topright corner and scroll down to“Save to Files.” Choose aplace to save your assignment.

Posting Your Assignment on TeamsOpen Teams and go to “Assignments.” Select your class to hand in your assignments.

Select the assigned work and “Add work.”

Select where you have saved your assignment. In my case, it is saved on my device. Then, select “Browse.”

Search for your document and select it. Once your work has loaded, remember to select “Turn in” and you’re done!
