  • If you were previously claiming unemployment benefits and need to restart your UI claim, please follow this guide for instructions on how to restart.

    This applies to anyone receiving:• Regular Unemployment Insurance (UI)• Pandemic Unemployment Compensation (PEUC)• Extended Benefits (EB) claim.

    Note: To restart your PUA claim, from the Online Claim System menu, select “Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA)” to claim your weekly benefits. Please contact us if you do not receive payment after 5 days.

    If you worked since the date listed, answer “Yes.”

    If you answer “YES” you will be asked a series of questions regarding your employer. Please have your employer information available.

    Work includes but is not limited to • services performed for room and board• work performed on a farm• real estate or other sales activity. • full-time, part-time, and temporary work

    Work does NOT include normal day-to-day chores necessary for upkeep and maintenance of family dwelling and/or personal possessions.
