HOW TO RENEW SUPPLIER REGISTRATION VIA TM SUS PORTAL

1. Login to TM SUS Portal at https://gems-srm.tm.com.my/irj/portal . NOTE: If you don’t remember the ID & password or don’t have the ID & password, please contact our SRM Helpdesk by filling in Supplier Enquiry Form at TM website.

2. If your registration is already expired, you will see this screen. Don’t worry because you can still do the renewal process by clicking Additional Company Data.

3. Under Supplier Registration tab, click Renewal Registration. NOTE: If you cannot display this view, please access SUS Portal using Internet Explorer version 9 or 10 or 11 with Compatibility Mode enabled.

4. TM Integrity Agreement will appear. Please read through the Integrity Pact agreement and declaration before entering the particulars of company’s Managing Director or Chief Executive Officer.

5. Use inner page scroll to read the entire agreement & use outer scroll to find the acceptance section. NOTE: NRIC can be replaced with other ID number or passport for foreign companies.

6. Click Accept to proceed after completing the particulars.

7. To pay renewal fee at TM Point, please print and bring this renewal slip to any nearest TM Point. Click here to view list of TM Point. NOTE: Payment methods accepted at TM Points are by cash, cards, banker’s cheque or bank draft.

8. To pay online, just click at Payment Online link.

9. A copy of email notification will be sent to your MD/CEO email address after accepting Integrity Pact Acceptance.

10. After payment being made successfully, registration period will be updated for another 2 years. System will update the renewal at 9am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm & at midnight.

New Registration Acknowledgment can be printed from within SUS Portal after the update times. Click Supplier Self-

Service Additional Company Data and under Supplier Registration, click Generate Supplier Certificate.

11. If all payment methods are not available to use, please email us for banking details to make MYR 106 renewal payment via telegraphic transfer or interbank transfer.
