HOW TO REGISTER ON THE SAUDI DIGITAL LIBRARY

AND THE PNU DATABASEA Quick Guide for Students

The first thing you need is an active PNU email address.

• For example, 400012345@pnu.edu.sa

• Every student has a PNU email address, it is simply your university ID number.

• If you have already activated your PNU email account, skip the activation steps.

• If you haven’t activated your PNU email yet, follow these next steps:

First, go to our homepage:www.pnu.edu.sa

Click on student mail, or:الطالبات بريد

Click on request email account or االلكتروني بريدك علي احصلي

Enter your national ID number and your university ID number

When your new email account has been activated (it may take a day or two) go back to the homepage and

click on the Academic Digital Library

You’ll see the login page, click on register

Enter your activated PNU email. Only active PNU emails work here! Then enter a

password and a display name.

Now wait until you receive a confirmation email from PNU, it may take up to two

days.

How to register with SDL:go to www.sdl.edu.sathen click on register

Choose public universities

Select PNU from the dropdown list and click next

Enter your information

You will then see thisconfirmation message:

Finally, send an email from your PNU account todla-databases@pnu.edu.sa you can use this example:
