How to Register as a Team Captain and Set Up Your Team

1) Click on the light blue “Register / Start a Team” button.

Instructions To Set Up and Customize Your Team Page

2) Click on “Register as a Team Captain”.

3) If you’re a first-time captain, create an account. If you’re a returning captain, sign in with the same email address and password you’ve used in the past.If you don’t remember your user name and/or password, contact Dana Alley at [email protected] or 336-739-DOWN (3696).

4) If you’ve been a captain of a team for a past Buddy Walk or 3-2-1 Deacon Dash for Down Syndrome, you’ll see this screen. Click on “Yes”. If not, you won’t see this screen so skip to the next slide.

5) Fill out and submit the registration form.

6) Once you complete and submit the registration form, you’ll see this screen. You’re done!Log out by clicking on your name and clicking on “Sign Out” in the drop down menu.

As soon as you get the chance, please customize your team page and share the link to your page with your friends and family.
