Clients with children in the home that fall at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines are eligible.

Client must be current or former victim of domestic violence.

There needs to be a plan in place for future finances.

Application must be completed by case manager or social worker.

Assistance can be provided for rental deposits, past due rent, past due utilities, utility deposits, and possibly past due mortgage payments, etc.

Other financial resources should be explored.

(Crisis Assistance, Consumer Credit Counseling, family,friends, etc.)

Verification of debts must be attached to application so that payment can be arranged if request is approved.

For utilities, original copy of bill/disconnect notice is needed.

If payment is approved, checks will be mailed directly to vendors.
