How approver from student affairs can process a student request
Approver need to Login to the system by using approver account

Click worklist option
Click the link of new received student request

Click new window option to open a new browser tab to generate the student
form
Click on main menu then reporting tools then BI publisher then query report
viewer.

Click search and find out the report name (KS_COMRF_REF) and determine the
report format (E.x: PDF), finally click the link (View Report)
Enter Seq Nbr of the request then click on OK.

Report will be displayed in the same format chosen (E.x: PDF)
Save the form in any location of your machine and then return to the student
form page and click the link of the form

Click the button (Go to Form)
Click the attachment tab

Click the button attach and find out the stored PDF form in your machine

Click the upload button
Click the form tab again and click the button "Ok"

Add your comments need to be shared with student in the comment field (E.x:
Form is approved, kindly download the soft copy of approved form from
attachment tab) and then click the button "Approve/Deny"

System will show you the approval/deny confirmation following page
After that student will be notified via email with the approval/deny
