SPRAY FOAM INSULATION PROTECTS YOUR ASSETSMetal buildings are durable and practical,

but if they aren’t built with the right amount

of insulation and ventilation, humidity can

develop on the inside. Spraying foam

insulates metal buildings, eliminating the

risk that condensation will damage your

property.

DamageCondensation within pole buildings, shops,

storage sheds and other types of metal buildings

causes damage. If your metal building has a

moisture problem, you’ll want to get it under

control quickly.

A lot Of Potential

Spray-foam insulation controls the humidity that leads to the following types of damage in commercial, agricultural

and residential metal buildings:

Rust and corrosion.

Mold, mildew and allergens that could pose health risks.

Insect and pest infestation.

Poor indoor air quality that may be hazardous to people and animals.

Water damage to equipment and property caused by dripping ceilings and walls.

HOW DOES SPRAYING FOAM STOP CONDENSATION?A metal building with inadequate insulation

and ventilation is prone to sweating. Using a

heater or installing a heating system in an

existing metal building sometimes leads to

condensation problems.

Warm air rises. The air may be carrying

moisture. When warm, moist air reaches a

cold, uninsulated ceiling, water condenses

on the metal surface. Condensed water

drips from the ceiling and runs down the

walls. Photo by: ilovebutter https://goo.gl/ZzYJTE

Prevent it before it's too lateSpray-On Foam stops the moisture cycle in your metal

building. We spray a light layer of foam to control

condensation. As little as an inch of foam may be all

that’s needed to warm metal ceilings and walls to stop

moisture from forming.

Spraying on more foam, about 2 inches, keeps the

building warmer for a more comfortable environment.

After the foam is applied, we apply additional

treatments to prevent fire and provide thermal

protection. Photo by: Tim Zim https://goo.gl/u8f22z
