STeP II) Relax Your Shoulders: SO much tension already in your shoulders, just let it all out and have them relax. You can close your eyes too.... STeP III) Breathe Like A Swinging Door. Always breathe thru your nose and have your breath come in and out continuously like the swinging door entrance of the Trump Tower. This pattern allows your heart to be at its most relaxed. STeP IV) Let Your Thoughts Float By Like Clouds: Thoughts will come and thoughts will go. It's best to instead of trying to stop thinking to just instead let your thoughts pass by and float away. The less thoughts you have the better. Mediate for as little as a few minutes a day and your self-awareness will increase, you'll breathe better, be more relaxed, chill and peaceful!
