How to manage your

payments

Roadio allows you to keep track of your payments in a number of ways

Let’s start by marking a lesson as paid when your pupil pays

Let’s start by marking a lesson as paid when your pupil pays Tap on Lessons in the main menu

This displays all your past and future bookings

Tap on the lesson you wish to mark as paid

This displays all your past and future bookings

This will display the lesson details

Tap Mark as Paid to confirm that the pupil has paid for the lesson

Tap Mark as Paid to confirm that the pupil has paid for the lesson (To learn more about lesson details see “How to book lessons” in the Roadio support library)

(This is what your pupil sees) Your pupil immediately sees that you confirmed his payment in the learner version of the app

Next let’s see how much a pupil has paid to date and how much he owes you

You can now see a list of all lessons you have booked with Leo, both past and future

The list is divided into lessons Leo has already Used

And Unused lessons that haven’t taken place yet

For each lesson, you can also see if Leo paid, or hasn’t yet paid and what was the amount

You can also see how many hours Leo has remaining in his Unused lessons

And the total hours he booked as a block

Now let’s check how much payment you have received in total from all your students

In the main menu, go to your Profile

Here you can see the total of all payments you have received so far

Tap on Payments to see a breakdown of your received payments

You can now see a breakdown of all the payments you have received by pupil and by date

Tap Back to get back into the main menu
