How To Make Your Life Better Are you contented with your life now, or is there something that you want to change to make it better? Whatever our status right now is, that is the result of decisions or choices from the past. But if you are not contented with your status right now, it’s not yet too late to change it. Your decisions today will affect your tomorrow or your future. So, if you want to have a better life in the future, I would say that you have to do something in the present. Your future relies on what you are doing today. So, if you want to have a better life in the future, you need to do something good today. First, you need to start making goals if you are not use to make them before. They say that unwritten goals are just dreams and it will remain as a dream. But written goals are most likely to be achieved. So, start to write your goals. There are several ways to write your goals. You can write your daily goals, weekly goals, monthly goals, and yearly goals. You can write the detail of the things that you want to achieve and in each goal, you need to write what you should do to achieve that goal. Always carry that goals with you so you will be reminded of the things that you need to do to achieve your goals in life. Achieving goals like careers is an achievement and it can make your life better. For example if you want to be a professional in a certain field like you want to be an engineer, architect, doctor, pilot, or whatever profession you want to specialize, the first that you need to do is to get a degree in that field of work. If you have a diploma, knowledge, and skills, you can easily achieve success. Another factor that could affect your life is your decision making. In many situations in our life, we have made a lot of bad decisions which cause us problems. But now that we already what to do, we need to stick to that plan. Before you make a decision, try to weigh things first if it will benefit you in a good way of it will only cause your trouble? Sometimes problems occur as a result of a bad decision. But good decision will always result to achievement or success. Start Living A Healthy Life Living a healthy life nowadays is a big challenge because of the lifestyle that we have today. But then, living a healthy life is still a choice no matter what the trend is. Remember, it is you who holds your life. Nobody can tell you what you should eat, when you should sleep, or what you should do with your life. But then, there are circumstances that you may not have any control especially in the nature of your job. You may not have control with your job but then, there is always a method on how you could maintain and achieve the balance in your life. But then, achieving healthy life is not easy, many people are actually confused on how they can start living a healthy life. Let me help you with that.

We could start with your eating habit. What type of food do you usually eat? If you are busy person, I

am sure that you usually eat out or takeouts. Eating takeouts or eating outside could be unhealthy

especially if you are just eating at food trucks and restaurants. They may be delicious in taste but I am

sure that they are not as healthy as you think they are. Most of the food that is sold in the food trucks

is actually high in calories food like burgers, pizza, hotdogs, and more. These are actually considered

as junk food. But then, I can’t blame you because you only have less free time. You do not have

enough time to cook for your own food. Now, how can you improve your eating habit?

In my opinion, I do not believe that you do not have time to cook. We are just lazy to do that after a

long day of work. But I know that if want to, we could still cook. Cooking doesn’t require a lot of time,

There so many healthy food that can be cooked in few minutes. You could get a recipe book about

food that can be cooked and prepared for 10-15 minutes. I am sure that you will love this. I know that

healthy living should start with your diet because if you can discipline yourself with the food that you

eat, other factors will just fall into place. Then, start hitting the gym even just once a week. Or you

could spare 30 minutes in the morning for a jog. 30 minutes of jogging and 10-15 minutes of cooking

will not really affect your daily schedule.
