Ingredients

~ 1 egg~ 1 cup milk~ 2 tbsp vegetable oil~ 1 cup flour~ 1 tbsp sugar~ 3 tsp baking powder~ ½ tsp salt

Process Step 1: Whisk together

the egg, milk, and oil in a small bowl.

Step 2: Blend dry ingredients together separately.

Step 3: Combine all ingredients, as in picture to the right. (Batter will be slightly lumpy)

~Step 4: Heat pan and lightly grease with cooking oil.~Step 5: Use a ¼ cup and carefully measure out batter onto pan.

Step 6: Wait for bubbles to show on top of pancake, then flip pancake over. Pancake should look slightly browned when turned over.

Step 7: Wait until sides of pancake are puffed up. Remove from pan and prepare for serving. Add your favorite toppings. Yum!
