• Pancakes are very simple to make as they have only 3 basic ingredients to be added
Ingredients:
• Ingredients which are used to make the pan cakes are only three and they will be available in the shops very easily
• The ingredients are
• 2 ripe bananas
• 1 egg
• 1 heaping table spoon of almond butter
Preparation method:
• Mash Up The Bananas
• Add the egg in the bananas and mix it and make it in to a batter
• Then add some almond butter to the batter and stir it
• Then cover the pan with a butter or coconut oil
• Now cook the pancakes till it becomes brown on both the sides
• If needed it can be topped with fruits
Tips:
• Add more almond butter for more pancake-y type texturing
• The more almond butter added, the more solid the pancake
• Top with warm grass-fed butter to really bring out the flavor.
• Top with fruit especially the fruits which are included in the paleo diet list
• Depending on where you fall on the sugar spectrum, you may want to add some all-natural maple syrup for a slight sweetened flavor.
• If you want to stay away from syrup, you can go with a lighter sweetener and use some natural honey
• The pancakes can also be done with sweet potatoes, cinnamon and coconut pancakes
