Do one of your favorite childhood activities.
Read a book. Know the length of your hand so you
can measure just about everything. Write something. Buy someone a Gift for no reason. Organize something. Color codes the top of your notebooks
with highlighter. Instead of scrubbing dirty pots, boil with
soap and water. Use at least ‘3’ words in a text message,
(I miss u).
Walk with your toes pointed up in the Dark, so u don’t stub them.
Drink water as soon as you wake up. Get eight hours of sleep (or more!). Always leave a tip. Start a Business. Organize a group. Volunteer. Take an active role in your children’s
activities. Start a Family. Write a Book. . Learn an Art. Take up a sport. Set an outrageous Goal- and achieve it. Pick the FIT. Be Honest. Make a ‘First step’ plan. Get support.
Parallel Process. Celebrate every Change. Practice an Attitude and Gratitude. Focus on the Now. Take the Long view. Watch your self-Talk. Slow Down. Goal setting Worksheet. Pick a starting Point. Talk to Family/Friends. Don’t spend your Money on junk such
as Candy, Chips etc. Make your Parents happy, which will
make you Happy. If you want to, keep a Journal and just
write or Sketch things when you are Bored. Try to Look Happy. Developing Dynamic Interests. Get a New Hobby.
Take a course Outline. Get involved in an Organization that you
believe in. Get active in Non-traditional activities. Do something you’d never Dream of
doing. Get off your Computer. Keeping your Life busy and exciting. Shake up your Routine. Find Local events such as Markets,
Festivals and Music events to attend. Explore your Hometown. Accept all invitations. Do something spontaneous. Organize a Party or a night out with
your Friends. Plan a trip. Feeling Good about your Life. Get rid of whatever bores you.
Clean up the Mess. Stop focusing on the negatives. Only care what you think. Change your eating. Take time to Relax. Spend time around happy people.
