oil. While the oil is in the skillet, you should start pealing and slicing up the plantains .
STEP QUATRO:With the skillet and oil ready to go, gently place the sliced
plantains into the skillet. You wanna turn the plantains about every 2 to 3 minutes until the browned on both sides.
