Connect to absa.mobi from your mobile browser
Go to ‘Cellphone Banking Logon’
STEP1: CONNECT TO ABSA MOBILE

Enter:- Your account number (your account number must be a 10 digit number without any space or hyphen)
- Your PIN (which is your specific PIN for mobile banking)
-Your user number (your user number is 1 by default)
Click on Next to connect to your account
STEP1: CONNECT TO ABSA MOBILE
If you don’t manage to connect, it might mean that you haven’t created a mobile banking account yet. You can quickly create a mobile banking account in any Absa branch. Absa mobile banking services are free.

Go to the ‘Payment page’
Go to ‘Add/Pay New Beneficiary ’
Select ‘Absa account’
STEP2: AD POWERTIME AS A BENEFICIARY
PayGenius is a payment gateway developed by Powertime. Because of that, EFT to load your PayGenius wallet are made on Powertime account, for the moment. Powertime account is on Absa.

Powertime account number is: 4072722816
Powertime account type is a cheque account
Go to next to continue
STEP2: AD POWERTIME AS A BENEFICIARYENTER OUS ACCOUNT DETAILS

Beneficiary Name:- ‘Powertime Prepayment’
Description for beneficiary statement: - enter your PayGenius/Powertime
username
Enter Description for your statement: - ‘PayGenius wallet’
Select you account to pay fromEnter the amount you want to pay
STEP3: PROCEED PAYMENT TO LOAD YOUR WALLET

Select payment date (we recommend now)Select email notification to the beneficiary- Enter the address: support@
paygenius.co.za- NB: if you don’t notify our
support team it will add delay to the crediting of your wallet
We recommend you to add Powertime as a permanent beneficiary so that next time you load your wallet, you will be able to do 1 click EFT
STEP3: PROCEED PAYMENT TO LOAD YOUR WALLET

Read payment information and confirm you didn’t make any mistake
STEP4: PROCEED PAYMENT TO LOAD YOUR WALLET CONFIRM PAYMENT INFORMATION

After confirming you receive a message asking you to logoff
Log off
Open the SMS you just received (make sure you logged off before)
Click on the link in the SMS
STEP4: PROCEED PAYMENT TO LOAD YOUR WALLET CONFIRM VIA RVN

After clicking on the link you received via SMS you are redirected to absa.mobiEnter your PIN number again and confirm
