    Ingredients:

    1. Bread pieces

    2. cup butter

    3. tablespoon oil

    4. cup sweet chocolate bars

    5. 1tablespoon cocoa powder

    6. Dry nuts (optional)

    Directions:

    1. Cut the bread into squares and Fry them in hot cooking oil. On one side fry until golden brown,about a minute and make sure your grease is hot enough, and then carefully turn them over andcontinue cooking them for about 45 to 60 seconds. And then on a paper towel and sprinkle withwhite powdered sugar.

    2. Beat butter, melted chocolate chips, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt in a bowl with an electricmixer until smooth, for about 1 minute.

    3. For bread pudding spread this mix over toast and sprinkle with the chopped dry nuts. Serve atroom temperature.
