Interested in production and management? Novo Nordisk is now recruiting for our global Leader Talent Programme in Product Supply. The programme scope is 2 years consisting of three 8-month rotations: 2 rotations in Denmark and 1 rotation at an international production site. You will solve complex tasks in different areas of the supply chain while exploring diverse cultural settings. The programme provides you with tasks, training and feedback within lean and leadership to accelerate your development and strengthen your potential to take up a management position in the future. Come and meet two current graduates Christina Jensen and Henriette Koch. They will tell about Novo Nordisk, the programme and the recruitment process. • Define and implement the QP-role for transport cases by clarifying role scope and training in close collaboration with production, Supply Chain Planning, Product Support and customers.

Henriette’s 1st Rotation

• Purification Plants, DAPI, Kalundborg

• Main project:

• Control of the environment in class C areas. The project involves systematic problem solving and driving a project group consisting of operators and a variety of specialists.

• Other tasks:

• Contribute to the day-to-day operations by involving myself in meetings and solving minor tasks (1-2 days work).

• Typical day8:00-9:20 Prepare the day and answer emails

9:20-9:35 Team leader board meeting

9:35-11:30 On the shop floor and board meetings

11:30-12:00 Lunch break

12:00-16:00 Work on project, project group meetings, meet specialists etc.
