anels●Cabinets are generally made of 16 mm or 18 mm melamine face chipboard or melamine mdf
●The Back Panels are 3 mm mdf or 8 mm mfc.
●The Back Panels are assembled by groove join system.
●The Panel Edges are melamine ,pvc or abs banded.
●The Assembly of cabinets is made using dowel-screw , minifix or fixed dowel & adhesive

Dowel-Screw Assembly : Predrilled panels are assembled by using screw and dowel with drill.
Minifix Assembly: Predrilled panels are assembled by using minifix and minifix dowel with drill or screwdriver.
Adhesive Fix Assembly: Predrilled panels are assembled by fixing dowel and adhesive

The dowel and screw holes are already predrilled on the edge of Top&Base panels and the surface of side panels.
Firstly place the dowels on Side panels and then combine the Top panel to Side panels
To finalise assembly of panels drill them with screws.

The grooves of back panel are grooved on the surface of Top,Base&Side panels.
The Back panel is produced with hanger gaps.
The Back is placed into the groove as above left picture.

Firstly place the dowels on Side panels and then combine the Base panel to Side panels
