How to install software of iGrabber and iGrabber nano on MAC

1、connect iGrabber or iGrabber nano to PC, Open Utilities

2. Open System information in Utilities

3 check what’s your hardware name in USB Device tree

4 Your will find iGrabber device in USB hi-Speed Bus

5 Check the Produce ID and Vendor ID

If you ID as below . Please download software from below link http://www.geniatech.com/down-eng/videocapture/iGrabber-OS X1.5.5.pkg.zip Product ID：0x1abe

Vendor ID:0x1f4d

6. If device name is USB 2816 Device in USB Hi-Speed Bus

7 Please check Product ID &Vendor ID of USB 2861 Device
