How to Install IVTVision Step 1:

In order to install IVTVision to your computer, you will need to go to our website: www.inaxsys.com and click on:

Support → Download → Software Download

Step 2:

Scroll to IVTVision Software Download for either Windows or Linux. If your computers’ system type is a 32 bit, you must click on the 32-bit IVTVision Client installer. If you computers’ system type is a 64 bit, you must click on the 64-bit IVTVision Client installer. If you do not know what system type your computer is, go to Display Settings and click on About.

Step 3:

Once you click on the file, the screen below will automatically appear. Click on Next.

Carefully read the License Agreement. Once you are ready to Accept the Agreement, click on Next.

Choose the Installation’s location and click on Next.

Step 4:

If you would like IVTVision to automatically open when you open your computer, select Run IVTVision Client On System Startup. If you want to have a shortcut on your desktop select Put a shortcut on the Desktop. Both options can be selected. Click on Install.

Run IVTVision Client and click on Finish.

Step 5:

IVTVision will automatically bring you to the Add Systems page, but before connecting to our demo server or adding a device, it is very important to properly setup the software. In the Configuration column click on Client.

By default, VGA Acceleration Mode is selected at Auto but must be at None. This option is for specific hardware and isn’t recommended for regular usage. It may cause major graphic bugs to your system. The H.264 Deblocking must be Disabled for the same reason. Once this is done, close the software to save the changes and re-open it.

Step 6:

Once again you will be directed to the Add Systems page. Click on New to unblock your System information box.

To connect to our demo server, you must enter the following information:Hostname / IP Address: 76.65.240.132Port: 22609Use the credentials entered below:Username: UserPassword: demouser

If you connect within your local network select (LAN), if you connect with via the internet select (WAN). Click on Apply.

The device should appear under System List. Make sure the Status is Connected.

Step 7:

To view the cameras, click on the Live Page icon at the top of the screen. Under Live Cameras, click the small + next to IVT Inaxsys to view our preconfigured cameras model and position. Drag the camera you would like to view and drop it in the desired screen. The selected cameras will be in bold. You can also choose the display and number of frames.
