18 STEPS TO INSTALL AUDACITYby Alejandra Salas

Audacity is an excellent programme to podcast… so let’s install it con your computer

1) Go tohttp://audacity.sourceforge.net/download/and select either if you have windows, mac, etc.

2) Select the windows version you use…

3) Click on run (ejecutar)

4) Choose the language you prefer…

5) Click on next to install

6) Accept the terms to setup

7) Select the destination location

8) Once it finishes downloading, save it in your desktop…

9) Go to and select “codificador LAME MP3”

10) Click on the link LAME

download page

11) Click on windows downloads

12) Click on lame v.3.99.3 for windows exe

13) Click on “ejecutar”

14) Click on next

15) Accept the registration terms, click on next

16) Select the destination location

17) Click on next to install

18) Installation is ready!

Let’s start! Click on the audacity icon in your desktop

Click on the red bottom

And start recording your voice

When you finish…click on the yellow bottom

Then, click on archivo

Click on exportar

Select “archivos de mp3” and save it with the name you like

Write your name and click on “aceptar”

Find your file on your desktop!
