How to Import Names into GradeCam

In EADMS click on 1) Reports2) Group Reports3) Enrollment Reports

Importing Students from EADMS

Go back to Menu

Change 1) School2) Period

3) Teacher

Click on Generate Report

Go back to Menu

Click on Excel

Go back to Menu

Go back to Menu

Click on Yes

Go back to Menu

2.)Click on Text to Columns

1.) Highlight – We are going to separate the First and Last

Name

How to make a CSV file

Go back to Menu

Click on Comma

Go back to Menu

Click on File – Save As

CSV (Comma delimited)

Go back to Menu

Go back to Menu

How To Import to GradeCam

1) Click on Rosters Tab

2) Enter Class name

Go back to Menu

Click on ToolsImport Students

Go back to Menu

1) Click on Browse2) Find your csv file on your computer

Go back to Menu

Make sure Comma Separated Values (CSV) is clicked

Go back to Menu

Change your columns to the correct field. Notice, I ignored Column 1.

Make sure the student ID is the Student GradeCam ID.
