How To Implement Export Excel,CSV,DBF Self define format Process In Sales Bill

Case1: Data T/F IN (Create)

1. Update Software to with latest version from margcompusoft.com

2. Login with Admin ID Go To Marg/Counter Control Room as shown below and do the following setting Gateway of Marg or Counter =>Master=>Marg Setup=>Self Format=>

4. Now select Export-Sales In XLS/DBF/CSV option .

a. “A” Method Create New Format or Modify Format.

b. “B” Import Method. c. “C” Export Method. d. “D” Delete Method.



6. Now Create New Method File.

7. Now select filed

a. “Marg Field: Now select here format variables. b. “S.No.” Now here define column no. c. “Field Name” Now type here field name of exported file. d. “Type” Now you can define here data type (1.Charater 2. Numeric 3.Date) e. “Length” Now you can define character or numeric length. f. “Decimal” Now you can define number of decimal length (if data is Numeric)

8. Login with Admin ID Go To Marg/Counter Control Room as shown below and do the following setting

“My File”: If you already Soft copy format so that you can Past format file Marg\system\ “Create” Now can you create self-define format as per requirement

“System” if you are using My File then type here file name.
