Complete the final exam for each course with a proctor.

For each course, you complete all the course materials, meet the minimum time requirement, and pass the practice exam. Then there is a 60-question final exam per course. The passing score is 70%. You must take each final in the presence of a proctor. You’ll need to schedule an appointment with a proctor in advance. 6 Once the application is approved and you pass the licensing exam, a license will be issued to you by TREC.

Schedule the real estate sales agent licensing exam via Pearson Vue.

When TREC has processed your application and verified your education records, they notify you that you are eligible to sit for the exam. The notification includes instructions on how to register for the exam and how to obtain a candidate handbook.
