Confirmation of Forwarded TicketsAfter you checkout, you will receive confirmation that the tickets were forwarded to you successfully. If you selected the Print-At-Home delivery method, you will receive a separate e-mail with your tickets attached as a PDF file (the document will include one page per ticket).

The sender will receive a confirmation e-mail once you have accepted the ticket forward.

How to Accept Forwarded Tickets Online in 5 Easy Steps

For delivery of the tickets, you may select to receive the tickets via a mobile device, print-at-home or will call. If you have an iPhone running on iOS 6 or later, you may select Apple Passbook delivery to receive the tickets in a Passbook file to be downloaded to your iPhone Passbook application. If you choose to print the tickets at home, you must bring the ticket printout to the venue. If you select to have the tickets held at will call, they will be held at the venue for you to pick up at the will call location.
