How to fill the Christ University 2017 form

You will see a list of Courses available, select your Course and “Click” on “Apply” button to proceed. (Please note that you need to apply separately for different courses)

First time users, enter these details for creating your ID

You will receive a message like this on screen and also the same will be

sent to your registered Email ID and Mobile Number.

Click on “ Proceed with Application” button

Enter All details and “Continue”

You can opt for Online payment through Credit / Debit Card or Net banking.

This page will capture all your relevant information like Basic Info, Birth Place Details, Residence Info, Entrance Venue Details, Current Address….

Fill your School

Admission Number

Enter Parent Details & Income and finally Upload your photograph

(35mm x 45mm white background photograph in JPEG format less than 100kb)

Once you have made the payment, please do not forget to save the last page and take a print out(Payment Success Page)

Application printout along with supporting documents SHOULD reach the Christ office within 5 working days of filling the online application

Candidates need to send the following documents in an A4 size Envelope:

1. Online Payment Acknowledgment Slip.

2.2 recent passport size (Photo size of 35mm x 45 mm) and 2 stamp size photographs wearing Formal Dress with White background - Standard Indian Passport Format. This Photograph will appear in the Final Degree Certificate (Write your name and application number behind the photographs).

3. One copy of the original filled-in printed application form duly signed by the parent / guardian and the candidate.

4. Copy of Statement of marks of Class 10 and Class 11/12 (Mandatory).

5. Copy of Transfer Certificate from last qualified Institution (If Available).

6. Copy of Migration Certificate for candidates from outside of Karnataka (If available).

Candidates should send the above documents by Registered Post/Courier Service and should be addressed to;

Candidates, who are unable to print the application form due to system/power/internet failure, may log on to the “Application Status” link and enter the application number or the Unique ID and the date of birth details to view and print the application form.

The application and supporting documents should reach the Office of Admissions within 5 workings days.
