1) Choose what File Format. Gift format is a text file, but most of the time XHTML would be a better option because it’s easier to copy the questions and paste them in Word Document.

How To Export Marks?

Step 1: Select Grades from Setting

Look at the

Grades!

Step 2: From User Report Select Export

Step 3: Under Export, Select Excel Spreadsheet

Where is the arrow pointing? Yeah, there, over there, you select Excel Spreadsheet…

Step 4: Uncheck the items that you don’t want to export.

Yes, only check the item that you want to Export. For

example: Quiz 3, Do you see where the arrow points? I know

you see it… keep smiling

Step 5: Click Download Button

Step 6: Open the exported file

How to do manual grading

Step 1: Select Grades from Setting

Look at the Grades Again!

Step 2: Click User Report

After you click User Report, this page will show, you can choose

one user or select all, but when you manually grade

the students you’ll do it one by one.

So, select one user.

Select the quiz activity that you need to manually grade, ex. Essay Quiz or a quiz with essay question

Step 3: Click Results

Look Here!!!

Step 4: Click Manual Grading from Results

Step 5: Click the Question you want to grade

Yes! Please select the question.

Step 6: Put the Grade, after assessing the answer
