Data entered into these pages is used to support your shopping session in Marketplace. Many of the selection lists in Marketplace are populated with the information you enter on these pages. This data is saved when you go to Marketplace. Select Shop for RAM Order and the RAM Information tab will appear.

How to enter a RAM Order in Marketplace Sign in to AIS and go to your Marketplace profile. Data entered into these pages is used to support your shopping session in Marketplace. Many of the selection lists in Marketplace are populated with the information you enter on these pages. This data is saved when you go to Marketplace.

Select Shop for RAM Order and the RAM Information tab will appear.

Click on the RAM Information page and verify the My AU(s) and My Campus Delivery Location addresses (Bldg & Rm #) are listed for the orders to be entered during this session in Marketplace. Enter the information if the appropriate values are not there. Click the WUSTL Marketplace tab to return to the profile page.

Go back to the WUSTL Marketplace page. Click on the GoTo Marketplace button.

Ensure a new Cart or a Cart you intend to add items to is selected. (As you do every time you enter Marketplace.) Click the non-catalog item hyperlink. NOTE: Some RAM items may be available in Marketplace catalogs. You can find a list of available Marketplace catalogs at Radiation Safety’s RAM ORDERS webpage.

Select your vendor.

Complete the non catalog fields. Note that the Product Description must contain the radioactive isotope and activity amount. NOTE: If you are ordering a catalog item, this information will automatically be entered in the Product Description.

If the order is complete, click the Save and Close button. To add another item, click the Save and Add Another button. Save – system returns to the Home/Shop> Shop page. Click on the shopping cart at the top of the page. Name your cart and Save. Click Show line details.

Complete these data fields for RAM Delivery Date, PI/Auth. User, and RAM Location. The drop down list exposed when you click Select From Profile offers you a selection from the data you entered into your RAM Information page (My AU Selection and My Campus Delivery locations). Remember, the RAM Location should be the building and room number of where the radioactive material should be delivered. This room must be an approved RAM room for the AU.

Click the Save followed by Proceed to Checkout button. The ShipTo address may be identified as an error.

The correct ShipTo must be selected, and 990137 is the only acceptable Radiation Safety Ship –To address. Enter AU name in Attn: and Save.

NOTE: As of March, 2017, the Ship To field will no longer display “724 S EUCLID RM 13”, it will display “4523 CLAYTON AVE, EHS LOADING DOCK”.

If you are responsible for entering the accounting codes information, Select Accounting Codes, then enter the ledger-Class and Department Fund numbers for your AU’s RAM Order, and Subclass-Object must be “3413”. When you have entered the codes, Save will be visible at the bottom of the Accounting Codes entry box. Be sure to save.

Click on the Review Details button and review your RAM Order information. Confirm you have entered the correct:

o AU who is authorized to receive radioactive materials (RAM), o Building and room number for RAM Location for that AU, o Product description which includes the radioactive isotope and activity amount, o RAM delivery date, o Subclass-Object as 3413, and o Radiation Safety ship to address (990137). As of March, 2017, the Ship To field will no longer

display “724 S EUCLID RM 13”, it will display “4523 CLAYTON AVE, EHS LOADING DOCK”. NOTE: If the above data is not entered correctly for a RAM Order, the final “Create Requisition” step will result in the order being returned to the shopper (as a Cart) for correction and resubmission. Complete the Internal Notes and External Notes with the required information. Click on Proceed to Checkout. If you are the Requisitioner, a RAM Order will be “Returned to shopper” if any of the above items are not properly entered when the Create Requisition button is (Clicked).
