How to Enroll in Online Banking 1 2 You must first enroll in Online Banking to use the Mobile App. On your desktop computer, go to www.firstunitedbank.com and click on Enroll” in the upper right hand corner. Have ready: • Social Security Number or TIN • Account Number • Email address on file and access to email Getting Started Read the First United Online Banking Agreement and click on ”I Agree” to proceed. Select “Retail” if you are not a business. Enter your: • Social Security Number or TIN (no spaces or dashes) • Account Number • Email address on file. Click on “Continue”. Click on “Send Email Verification” to send a verfication email to your email account. A message displays to confirm the email has been sent to your inbox. Open your email inbox in another window in the same browser. Click on the link in the verification email you receive. Be sure to check your Junk mail folder. You have one hour to click on this link or you will have to start the enrollment process over. You may now login to your account with the 12-digit Online Banking ID number displayed. This is your new personal Online Banking ID number. Your temporary password is the last 4 digits of your Social Security number or TIN number. Fill in all required information exactly as it is on your account. NOTE: Enter address without punctuation and Date of Birth in the format (mmddyy). Click on “Submit”. You must first enroll in Online Banking to use the Mobile App.

On your desktop computer, go to www.firstunitedbank.com and click on “Enroll” in the upper right hand corner.

Have ready:• Social Security Number or TIN • Account Number• Email address on file and access to email

Getting Started

Read the First United Online Banking Agreement and click on ”I Agree” to proceed.

Select “Retail” if you are not a business.

Enter your:• Social Security Number or TIN (no spaces or dashes)• Account Number• Email address on file.

Click on “Continue”.

Click on “Send Email Verification” to send a verfication email toyour email account.

You have one hour to click on this link or you will have to start the enrollment process over.
