Step 1:Draw an oval with a slight point at the bottom for his face shape.
Step 2:Add a J shape for the nose and two sets of zigzag lines for eyebrows.
Step 3:Add a curved line with a circle under it. Add a smaller circle inside of the 1st circle. Color in the smaller inside circle. Add a line that curves downward under the circles.
Step 4:Add two shaded lines down from the corners of the nose. Add a mouth line and another smaller line under the mouth. Add a line that curves downward for the chin.
Step 5:Add an ear to the side of the face. Add shading under the eyes, lips, chin, cheeks, and on the forehead.
Step 6:Add the hair .
Step 7:Add the lines for the collar and the jacket. Add shading to the bottom of the chin and the underside of the collar.
Step 8:Add the bowtie and finishing details.
