Local Installation -3 Simple Steps
• Download and install personal server of your choice
• Download & extract latest version of WordPress
• Follow “Famous 5-Minute Install” of WordPress
• WordPress files to htdocs or subfolder (same on WAMP & XAMPP?)
• Use phpMyAdmin for database creation
• Database user/pw always root/root
