Steps To Remove Duplicates Files In

Outlook

Open Microsoft Outlook

• Click On View Menu >> Current view >> Message.

Right-click on a column heading

• Click on Field Chooser

• A pop up "field chooser" will be open

• Drag the Modified field to the table heading

Click on modify sort fields and get list of duplicates items in the list

• Select any one file that you want to delete and click shift + delete

• It will delete for permanently

• Finish
