While logged into Facebookviewing your newsfeed (alsoknown as "Home"), find the"Friends" section along the
left side.
Click the link "More" thatappears while your cursor
hovers over "Friends"
This will take you to a menu ofyour friend lists.
At the top right of the FriendLists menu, click
"+ Create List"
Name your list, then startadding friends to the list by
typing their name in the"members" area and selecting
the friend you want to add.
If you want to add friends to alist that is already created, go
to your personal Timeline andclick "Friends"
In your friends menu, locatethe friend you want to
organize and click the buttonnext to their name.
From this drop-down menu,click "Add to a list"
If this friend is already in alist, it will say
"Add to another list"
Locate the list you are addingthat friend to and select it
by clicking.
Congratulations!You have createdFacebook Lists!
But now what...
Use these lists tostay in touch with
clients andpotential clients.
Create a list for clients (people you are currently working with orrecently worked with) and potential clients (people you expect to work
with within 12 months).
Everyday, view the list and spend a few minutes engaging andconnecting with those friends. Like or comment on posts, or even send a
direct message.
These lists solve the problem of posts getting lost in your newsfeedbecause of Facebook's algorithms, and make it easy to stay connected to
people in your sphere!
Viewing these lists is easy. Fromyour newsfeed, find the "Friends"
section along the left side andclick "More"
Click the List you'd like to viewfrom the friends list menu.
You'll see the recent posts of onlythe friends in that list, making iteasy to engage with their posts.
