Jennifer is in her fifties and has suddenly been maderedundant from her job as a bookkeeper where she hasworked for 14 years.  Her husband is not working but theyhave a mortgage to pay off they don't have any childrenand live in a detached house in Shropshire in a village. Thehousehold income was £35,000.

Jennifer shops at Sainsbury's and Marks & Spencer shelikes quality and has never had to compromise. She hasdogs, likes gardening, cooking and walking, she mainlywatches mainstream TV, likes BBC news, her soap operas,Bake Off and Masterchef.

Jennifer has not applied for any jobs in 14 years, her CV isout of date, her LinkedIn profile has not been updated foryears, she does not use any other form of social media. 

Jennifer needs help with her LinkedIn profile and how touse LinkedIn to develop relationships. She is prepared toinvest in training as she is worried that she won't findanother job and is thinking about self employment.
