How To Make A Clicker Set

When you open Clicker 7 this dialogue box comes up.

Either select a pre-made clicker document (in Files) or select ‘Make a Clicker Set’

The ‘Make a Clicker Set’ option will take you to this window. For most, daily use you need to select ‘Word Bank’ on the left of the window.

You can type each word you wish to appear in the grid in the box marked Grid Content.

Note: If you write a set of words in brackets they appear in one box if not they will be separate.

To add another tab, to separate ideas or word banks, Click add in the far left, this puts another clicker grid underneath the first. It’s always a good idea to change the colour of each

How To Make A Clicker Set

Once you are happy with the Clicker set please remember to save it. By clicking on the down arrow on the save icon and saving/ saving as.

Once you’ve saved click ‘Run” to see the clicker grid in ‘child veiw’

In ‘Run’ this is the view you can clearly see the words and the two different word banks created – it’s easy to switch between them by clicking on the tabs.
