HOW TO COOK PINAPAITAN (BAKA)INGREDIENTS:750g in total beef (thinly sliced and chopped), ox tripe, cows small & large intestine, heart, stomach2 tablespoons bile2 knobs ginger, julienned1 medium sized white onion, diced4 cloves garlic, minced8 cups water3 pieces finger chilies2 1/2 tablespoons salt3 stalks onion leaks1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper2 tablespoons tamarind powder2 tablespoons cooking oil1 medium red onionPROCEDURE:1. Heat pressure cooker and pour-in cooking oil. When the oil is hot enough, saut garlic, onion, and ginger.2. Add the beef, cows heart, sliced small and large intestines, stomach and ox tripe then cook for about 5 minutes.3. Add salt, msg and ground black pepper then stir for a minute.4. Pour 8 cups of water and pressure cooked for 30 minutes.5. Add bile, tamarind powder, finger chilies, onion leaks then simmer for 5 minutes.6. Add in white onions then turn off the heat and transfer to a serving bowl.7. Serve hot. Share and enjoy!
