Selection Explanation My Bookings Shows all the consignments where you have ownership either in the

Booking process, the Shipping Instructions process or both. My Company Bookings Shows all the consignments related to the your company(ies) that are

named as party.

Favorite Bookings Show you the list of consignments that you indicated before as favorite (the star sign will become solid if they are favorite bookings)

Create new item Allows you to create filtering criteria in narrow down your searching. The criteria can be saved as individual view by giving a unique name for your easy referencing in the future.

At the bottom of the pages, you can find some statistical summary by BL Status and Document Type. You can click on the BL Status and Document Status to navigate to the Document Dashboard to obtain these documents.

B/L Status Explanation To be Reviewed A Draft of the B/L is awaiting approval from your company on the website. Review Sent A Draft of the B/L has already been reviewed by someone in your company. Approved A draft of the B/L has already been approved by someone in your company. Available The Waybill, the Original Negotiable B/L (or only a copy) is available for

your company on the website. Released to other party The Original Negotiable B/L has been released to the appropriate third

party. Original Printed The Original Negotiable B/L has been printed from the website by someone

in your company. Printed by the Carrier The Original Negotiable B/L has been printed by Carrier in the agency. Modif. Requested (displayed as “Modif. Req”

A modification of the final B/L has been requested by someone in your company. For example a change in destination.
