How to complete a Trobexis Travel Diary followed by an example of a completed diary

Please note that every day of travel needs to be accounted for in your diary

COMPLETING THE TRAVEL DIARY

PLEASE NOTE: YOU ARE REQUIRED TO ENABLE POPUPS FOR TROBEXIS.COM TO USE THIS SITE 1. Log into Trobexis – www.trobexis.com/uwaprd. Username is your staff ID, password is your Pheme

password.

2. To view/amend/edit a travel diary, click on the book icon next to the corresponding requisition. Please note that this only appears if a travel diary is required (it is not required for domestic under 5 days, or for Visitor / Student travel).

3. Enter in the first item for your travel. This could be a meeting, or a conference. You must complete all fields in the first line as a minimum.

4. Click on “Add Diary Note”.

5. Continue entering in each travel activity. Past entries will appear at the bottom of the screen.

6. Alternatively, you can attach a pre-populated diary (itinerary, etc) using the paperclip icon.

7. When you have finished the diary, click on “Submit Diary’. NOTE: This button will only appear AFTER the travel has taken place, so if you pre-populate the diary you will need to log in after you return to complete this step.

8. The following popup will appear. Click on “OK".

9. You can view your diary at any time after it has been submitted. It will appear as below.
