What to do?

I asked: What are your passions?He said: I am a golfer with a 4

handicapI suggested he go to public courses

early in the morning alone.He would get invited to play with

groups who did not have 4 players.


Now what?

Here is what I told him to do:1. Learn FORD; Ask questions about Family,

Occupation, Recreation and Dreams.2. Learn/commit to memory Five Facts

about his market.These are 5 facts which he can use to establish credibility

3. Have a real estate purpose: Ask for permission to add to his newsletter list to receive valuable information.


What happened?

He called about 90 days later telling me he was going to have to quit playing golf as he had too much business.

I told him to hire some help instead.
