Purchase policy of other travel accessories with Kívac Points

Changes and reversals must be made at least 72 hours (at least 15 days in Le Rêve Hotels) prior to the arrival. In case of reversals made with the required minimum anticipation, all of the reserved points will be refunded. No changes or reversals apply to hotels outside of Mexico, there will not be a refund of points or reservation fee. No changes or reversals apply to the purchase of flights or activities, validate that the information in the confirmation of reservation is correct. In case of change of dates and/or hotel, the total of points required may change and it will be needed to pay the fee for change or cancellation. In case of changes or reversals with less than the established anticipation, the points will not be refunded. Cancellation or amendment fee is $50 pesos plus VAT. In case of not showing up the first night of accommodation, it will be considered as No Show (no points refund or reservation fee), and the hotel will be entitled to occupy the room with other guests.

In the purchase of activities, tours, transfers and flights with Kívac Points, changes, reversals or refunds do not apply. The user understands and accepts that he/she is responsible for promptly attend the appointments scheduled in designated places, and to meet the requested requirements in order to receive these services.

In the event of detecting any error in the reservation’s confirmation, it should be reported within 24 hours following its reception, otherwise it is considered full conformity and acceptance of the information.

Reversals of reservations

Food purchase policies with kívac points

The price shown in points includes taxes and service, see consumption schedules at the hotel. Food included in breakfast buffet can vary according to the date and chosen hotel. Lunch and dinner includes the consumption of 1 starter or soup, 1 main course and 1 dessert per person. No drinks or Premium dishes (cuts of meat, sea bass, red snapper or shrimps) are included. A la carte service is per person and is not transferable. The purchase of these meal does not apply to room service. In the purchase of food, changes and reversals do not apply, it is not refundable or cumulative; unless the accommodation reservation is canceled.
