SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Select the session times that you would like to book your child/children into.

Please complete the entire booking process for one child at a time. This includes payment.

Please ensure all information regarding allergies and medical conditions are filled in at the completion of the booking process.

If your child has special needs/requirements please make note of these when booking and one of the Holiday Program team will contact you to discuss the booking.

Activity 1: $35 MOVIES 9.00am - 1.00pmJump on the bus as we head to Village Cinemas Southland to see the latest movies as they hit the big screen. Movie snack box included.Please ARRIVE at 9am for Activity 1, Bus will leave at 9.15am

Activity 2: $15 ARTS & CRAFTS 1.30pm - 4.30pmIt’s time to get creative and make some awesome take home crafts. *BYO Art Smock.

Activity 1: $15 GYM / LEGO 9.00am - 11.00amHave a fun morning learning some cool gymnastics tricks with our Gym coaches, and use your imagination to make some incredible Lego creations. Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing. No dresses or skirts.

Activity 2: $15 BAKING 11.00am - 1.00pmJoin us in baking some cute but delicious pig cupcakes! FOOD ALLERGIES contact: holidays@mordicc.org.au

Activity 3: $25 KARATE 1.30pm - 4.30pm Come down and Join us for an exciting afternoon of Karate, where you will learn all the best moves to work your way towards becoming a black belt!Please arrive at 1.30pm for Activity 3

Activity 1: $25 LUKE THE MAGICIAN 9.00am - 11.00amLet’s watch Luke the Magician as he amazes us all with his magic tricks and illusions.

Activity 2: $15 MINUTE TO WIN IT 11.00am - 1.00pmJoin your team in some fun challenges and beat the minute clock! Activity 3: $15 MAKE YOUR OWN MINI HERB GARDEN 1:30pm - 4:30pm Get your gardening gloves on and make your own mini herb garden with us!Please arrive at 1.30pm for Activity 3

Activity 1: $40 GOLDILOCKS AND THE THREE BEARS PANTOMIME 9.00am - 1.00pm Jump on the bus and head to Elwood, to see the Wonderland theatre group perform Goldilocks and the three bears!Please arrive at 9am. Bus will depart at 9.15am

Activity 2: $15 GAMES IN THE GYM 1.30pm - 4.30pmLet’s have awesome fun with our holiday Program leaders playing games in the gym!Please arrive at 1.30pm for Activity 2.

Activity 3: $25 THE CHEMICAL SCIENCE SHOW 1.30pm - 4.30pmGet your science goggles on as we watch and join the Labcoat Learners in their wicked science show.Please arrive at 1.30pm for Activity 3.

BYO EVERYDAY: Lunch, snacks, drinks, sunscreen, hat and closed toe shoes. Please do not bring any nut products.

MONDAY 6 April TUESDAY 7 April WEDNESDAY 8 April THURSDAY 9 April Activity 1: $15 DANCE / SOCCER 9.00am – 11.00amEnjoy a morning of dancing with our super groovy Dance teachers, learning new skills and a fun routine. Join our cool soccer coaches to learn some soccer skills and play a soccer match! Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing. No dresses or skirts.

Activity 2: $15 ARTS AND CRAFT 11.00am-1.00pmPut your art smocks on and create some cool take home art and crafts *BYO Art Smock. Activity 3: $30 UP UNLIMITED 1.30pm - 4.30pmHop on the bus with us and head over to Up Unlimited Moorabbin where you will climb your way to the top of the different obstacles. Please ARRIVE at 1.30pm for Activity 3

Activity 1: $$15 SPORTS ZONE / GLAMOUR ZONE 9.00am - 11.00am We’ve got a super fun morning with our two zones! Get a new hairdo, paint your nails and have face paint in Glamourzone, or play some fun ball sports and games in SportsZone.

Activity 2: $15 FIELD GAMES 11.00am - 1.00pmEnjoy fun field day games such as, egg and spoon races, three legged races, sack races and many more with our awesome leaders ! Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing.

Activity 3: $30 MAD FUN DISCO 1.30pm - 4.30pmHead on the bus to Mad Fun Disco! You’ll get to join in the karaoke, party games, dancing, enjoy yummy party snacks, and lots more!FOOD ALLERGIES contact: holidays@mordicc.org.au

Activity 3: $25 YOUNG YOGA 1.30pm - 4.30pm Relax and keep calm with Supreme Incurions for a yoga session. They’ll teach us all the yoga poses and how to relax our minds. Please ARRIVE at 1.30pm for Activity 3
