How to book a return pickup

1. Go to dhl.com

2. Choose your country and click on the red arrow.

3. Choose “Book a Courier Collection” and click “e-Return Shipment”.

If you can’t see this right away, you must go to “Our Divisions” first and select “DHL Express” first to be forwarded to the correct website, see the following picture. Afterwards you can proceed as described.

4. Enter your waybill number in the field (without spaces), you find it on your return freight label.

5. Control your information and schedule your pickup. You can select the address, date and time. In Company, write your own name. Ensure that your phone number is correct.

If you want to drop of your return instead, you can easily find a service point on

this link: https://locator.dhl.com/ServicePointLocator/m/index.jsp Please be aware that you must activate "I have a shipment with a DHL label" in the advanced search.
