So many global leaders are trained to do all sorts of things; lead, be professional,

yet so few know how to build unity or to dialogue effectively.

One cannot create an environment conducive to dialogue without being sensitive to the

absence of conditions for dialogue. !

A strong spiritual life is important, being part of a community or a group that constantly

nurture you on this sensitivity matters.

A leader of dialogue needs constant training, it is not something that you can simply switch on.

!

You need to be engaged within a spiritual community or a group which demands that you

always listen, learn to compromise and to re-engage with love. Without constant practice, a leader of dialogue will not be able to overcome

any crisis of faith during the process. !

At the end of the day, a leader of dialogue must be able to generate 'life' . It is essential to

generate desire in others to seek dialogue, and inspire them to do dialogue with other persons.

!

A leader of dialogue must know how to fade so that others can rise and become leaders of

dialogue. This requires creativity so as to sustain efforts of dialogue.
