The most important thing to know when you're setting

up a website, writing an advert or flyer is that you need

to make the content about your potential customer and

what YOU can do for THEM – it's not about you!

The truth is that very few people are interested in YOU,

they want to know that you can solve THEIR problem and

FAST!

When I wrote to the Chris Evans Show on BBC Radio 2

and to Emma Bunton offering my services I didn't tell

them anything about ME.

Because I knew they didn't care (no offence taken!)

My emails to the Chris Evans Show spoke about what I

could do for THEIR listeners and the show. I explained

what I could tell THEIR listeners that would be

interesting and make a difference for them. I said why

unwanted dog behaviours happen and how I could

explain easy steps that THEIR listeners could do in order

to change them.

My letter to Emma Bunton was of a similar nature, I

explained how I could give her the tools to make the

changes she was looking for. Why her puppy was acting in

a particular way and how I had simple methods she could

put in place, that were kind and gentle, which would give

her the results she was looking for.

The emails and letter I wrote were based on my beliefs,

experiences and results but were ALL about how I could

help THEM.
